On the finale episode of Season 1 of THE LAST THING I WISHED I SAID, Linda speaks to Caroline, a hard-working immigrant woman who has lived in the USA for fifty years. Caroline shares the pain of the abrupt loss of her husband of four years from a death that leaves many unanswered questions.
Caroline works in the housekeeping world and services a variety of homes for a multitude of clients along with helping raise their children and sorting out the complexities of running a household. She has been indispensable in the numerous lives of people who are lucky enough to have employed her. Her journey to citizenship was fraught with challenges and abuses but she survived and is a success she and all who love her celebrate!
